There are obvious manners I will enforce as caretaker of this estate.
Basic rules of Common Courtesy
should be observed at all times while visiting Muddle Manor Estate, please.

Also further rules will be posted regarding the secrets of these halls.
This is meant to be a fun experience.
Anyone found ruining the fun for other people will immediately be removed and all associated posts deleted.

The Caretaker starts to walk off, but turns back around and says:

By the way... mind gettin' off that stump please? I really need to get back to work now.


Hop off the stump, or beg to come in even though you know the place isn't ready yet.
